The Senior Business Analyst will support the analysis, requirements development, content governance, and articulation of digital patient access initiatives aligned with Pillar 1, Digital Services for Ontarians, of the Digital First for Health Strategy. This role combines business analysis, business architecture, customer and user experience expertise, and operational business acumen to support patient-facing digital services. The role will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, Communications, and Ministry of Health partners to ensure requirements, content, reporting, and public-facing materials are accurate, aligned, and effectively governed. The Business Analyst will play a key role in briefing note development, content management oversight, quality improvement activities and coordination across initiatives such as Health811 and Provincial Health Services Directory.
Must haves:
10+ years of experience in business analysis within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Demonstrated experience developing Business Requirements Documents, including the ability to progress work from early-stage, high-level, or abstract concepts to clear, structured, and actionable requirement
