We’re looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. This is an easy, work-from-home role where you’ll assist customers by phone, email, and live chat. You’ll answer questions, provide order updates, and help with simple requests like placing or updating orders. Full training is provided, so you’ll feel confident supporting our products and services.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
Help customers with orders, returns, and basic account updates
Provide information about products and order status
Resolve concerns in a professional and positive manner
Work with internal teams when needed to support customer requests
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
Comfortable using phone and computer systems
Flexible availability
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
