Our Company is looking for an organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our customers and distributors. This role focuses on simple, day-to-day customer support tasks to ensure smooth order processing and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Process orders and provide order updates
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time shipments
Maintain accurate customer records in the system
Assist distributors with product information and basic documentation
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets)
