The Role
We are hiring for a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere across Canada.
This role is for someone who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle multiple conversations without losing quality. Online chat support moves quickly, and the people who do well are the ones who can keep things simple, understand what the customer needs, and respond in a helpful and professional way.
Working from home offers flexibility, but it also requires discipline and the ability to stay focused without supervision.
What You Will Be Doing
Responding to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional way
Managing multiple conversations at once while maintaining accuracy
Assisting with general questions, account support, and basic troubleshooting
Escalating more complex issues when needed
Keeping clear and accurate records of all interactions
Maintaining a calm and consistent tone, even during busy periods
