Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong computer literacy with software and hardware, including external peripheral devices. Proficiency in three languages (Russian, Kazakh, and English). Solid knowledge of database technologies, design, and administration. Experience with standard office automation tools. Hands-on experience with MS Windows 7/10, Windows Server, MS SQL Server, MS Office, MS Access. Ability to read and understand electronic wiring diagrams and block diagrams. Skills in diagnosing and repairing electronic systems using measurement tools such as multimeters, frequency meters, and oscilloscopes. Knowledge of distributed network concepts and enterprise IT systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and make sound technical decisions. Proven experience in supporting and improving commercial information systems. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
