Manager Assistant — Night Shift (US Time Zone) Position: Manager Assistant Location: Astana (Office-based, right across from Abu Dhabi Plaza) Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US time zone support) Industry: Logistics / Moving & Carrier Services About the Company We are a fast-growing carrier company operating in the moving industry across the United States. We work closely with brokers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities - Assist management with daily operations and reporting - Work with spreadsheets and maintain organized records - Track expenses, payments, and operational data - Communicate with brokers, carriers, and team members - Help prepare reports and monitor business performance - Support coordination between departments - Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned Requirements - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Strong communication and organizational skills - Comfortable working with numbers and reports - Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask - English proficiency is an advantage - Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours - We are looking for young,
