You’ll lead the Inventory Replenishment team, defining and executing strategies that support the growth of Farm Boy’s replenishment programs. Through strong cross-functional partnerships, this role ensures effective replenishment and product availability, enabling the Retail business to deliver a best-in-class fresh food experience. Lead the development and execution of Farm Boy’s replenishment strategies and programs to support business objectives.
Drive inventory performance, including: turns, fill rates, shelf-life, and product freshness, through effective use of forecasting, reporting, and data analytics.
Partner with Supply Chain to ensure the accurate and timely flow of information and product across the business.
Leverage data-driven insights to support and enhance inventory control models.
Provide leadership and direction to the Inventory Replenishment and Category Administration teams, supporting daily operations and program execution.
Identify operational opportunities and implement strategic action plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
