Position Summary:
Use administrative and sales skills to manage the office and provide tours or engaging conversations with Residents interested in moving in.

Reception and office duties for the “Seniors Living” home
Conduct sales-effective “Tours” of the SL home with walk-in’s and booked appointments
Prioritize appointments and proactively and positively resolve conflicts as they arise
Maintain office operations by ordering supplies, processing invoices, track attendance, process payroll and post scheduled hours including
