Job Description:
He is specifically looking for consumer-focused product designer with
- Product design expertise
- Consumer app sensibilities
- Modern interaction design capabilities
He referenced experiences similar to Google-style consumer products with high quality visual execution..
He is not looking for dashboard-heavy B2B design experience folks.
They should have worked with Material (M3) design systems.
This person will work under a UX manager, so we need someone more execution focused.
On the LLM / AI part he clarified that the designer should understand conversational and AI interaction models and have familiarity with AI-enabled consumer experiences; understand embedded AI intelligence in workflows etc.
