Role Summary The Housekeeping Attendant's main responsibility is to maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for homeowners, members, guests, and Colleagues. This position will clean and maintain all Resort facilities. This includes use of industrial cleaning equipment, minor repairs to furniture and other equipment. Responsibilities Responsible for cleaning assigned public spaces including hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas Sweep, scrub, and polish floors, using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; polishing as necessary Empty public garbage and recycling receptacles and bins Dust and polish furniture and equipment Clean sinks, mirrors, tubs, and showers Make up beds and change linens as required Move and arrange furniture per standard Report damage, theft and found articles to leaders Operate mechanized cleaning equipment Polish silver accessories and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings Remove debris from driveways, garages, swimming pool areas and
