An international company is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop its existing local business operations in Kazakhstan. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for sales performance, operational management, business development, financial planning, and team management. You will manage a small local team with 2 direct reports. Key responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the business unit in Kazakhstan; Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets; Full P&L responsibility, including Revenue, GP, and operating expenses; Manage and develop the local team; Set goals and supervise employee performance; Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; Lead budgeting and financial planning processes; Review and manage contracts required for business operations; Prepare regular reports for regional management; Participate in strategic business planning and implementation; Ensure compliance with local legislation and company standards. Requirements: Proven experience in a management / branch or management / business development role; Strong experience in sales and operational management; Experience in budgeting and financial plan
