What does a Project Administrator with Paul Davis do?
Communicate regularly with Project Managers to ensure project benchmarks and deadlines are being met
Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
Maintain accurate project documentation and administrative records
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication between internal teams
Support project workflows by ensuring information is updated and organized
Help identify delays or issues and escalate concerns when needed
Provide administrative support related to estimates, job files, and project reporting
Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others
Learn new things daily about construction and building homes
