Learning and Development Specialist - Hybrid Remote
Reports to: Learning and Development Manager
Annual Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience
Location: Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB or Etobicoke, ON (
must be able to commute to one of our offices
)
COBS Bread is looking for a
Learning and Development Specialist
to join our L&D team. This role creates and maintains learning content, builds campaign modules, administers and evolves the LMS and other learning systems, delivers webinars, owns content governance and lifecycle management, and supports the rest of the team with new builds and maintenance. This person designs, builds, and facilitates as part of a cohesive capability team.
What you will be responsible for
Create and maintain learning content across all formats.
Build campaign content and modules aligned to product launches and business initiatives.
Administer and evolve the LMS and other learning systems and platforms.
Own content governance including version control, naming conventions, lifecycle management, and archival.
Design and deliver webinars and digital learning experiences.
