Responsibilities as a Baker with SSP Canada Prepare, bake and decorate donuts, muffins, croissants, cookies, bread and other pastries according to company standards Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area. Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly and with all safety regulations in mind, including labelling and storage of all ingredients during preparation and service. Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately and efficiently. Check to ensure that all food is presented, served and displayed per standards.
