THE OPPORTUNITY This is a senior HR Generalist role at the heart of how Big Viking Games takes care of its people. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll support the full HR function across recruiting, onboarding, culture, retention, and workforce planning. You'll be someone who can roll up their sleeves to keep things running smoothly, but also someone who notices what isn't working and brings ideas to the table. We're looking for someone with solid HR fundamentals, good instincts, and the ambition to grow. You'll work closely with the COO to make sure the people side of the business is healthy, organized, and moving in the right direction.
