Job Skills / Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
• Operate all equipment that is required to be used in the course of your duties;
• Access the post orders; SOP's and forms by becoming familiar with each one and where to find them on the USDB dashboard;
• Respond in a prompt, professional and calm manner for all communications;
• Perform operation of the TTY at the West Gate;
• Operation and care of the portable radios;
• Follow SOPs;
• Follow Paladin Employee Manual, especially with respect to use of personal phones while on duty; be ready to start shift , with all equipment, at stated starting time
• Perform operation of the CCTV system and complete scans in accordance with Security Management directions;
• Operation of the fire panel;
• Impair and un-impair the fire panel, completing all appropriate documentation and making all appropriate notifications;
• Badging visitors in the BTB system;
• Issue temporary badges to employees and complete all paperwork as well as entries into the electronic log;
• Control of vehicle access and egress through all three gates;
• Completion of all patrols, including but not exclusive to gauge rounds; valve rounds; freezer rounds;
