What & Why:
As a result of growth within their automation team, our client is looking to add an AI Business Analyst to their team. This role is focused on one of the most forward-looking mandates in the company right now, identifying and driving Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agent-based automation opportunities across the entire organization. You'll be the connective tissue between business stakeholders, developers, product managers, and vendors, translating real business problems into automation solutions and making sure those solutions actually get built, tested, and adopted. A big part of the role is facilitation and discovery running workshops, mapping processes, and vetting where Copilot and agentic tools can make the biggest impact. You'll also own the reporting and analytics side, tracking adoption and measuring the value of automation initiatives through dashboards and usage metrics.
