Onsite work arrangement, with 4 days a week in office.
What & Why:
As a result of investment in AI our client is looking to add a Staff Engineer to their AI Powered Engineering team. This role enables engineers across the enterprise to build, operate, and evolve software more effectively through AI-driven tooling and platforms. You'll drive adoption of approved AI-powered engineering tools by partnering with engineering teams, platform owners, and leadership, acting as a trusted advisor on when and how AI fits into workflows. Beyond adoption, you'll evaluate emerging AI tools, collaborate on roadmap strategy with product, security, legal, and architecture stakeholders, and build internal tooling that supports provisioning, de-provisioning, and self-service access. A significant part of this role involves leading a Community of Practice, facilitating office hours and learning sessions, defining metrics to measure developer efficiency and tool impact, and mentoring engineers to elevate AI fluency
