Job Purpose
This position is a is accountable for leading the development, implementation, updating and enhancement and maturity of the organization-wide Operational Resilience and Recovery program, in accordance with evolving and complex regulatory requirements, with OSFI and CDIC's overall timelines and requested deliverables. Supports the integration of financial crisis management planning (including resolution planning) into the Credit Union's decision-making processes and its risk management practices. Resiliency and Recovery Manager will report directly to the Vice President Enterprise and Operational Risk Management. The role will require the ability to thrive within an environment of ambiguity, work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
