As a Consultant in Oral Medicine, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing complex oral conditions, providing expert clinical care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes. You will engage with patients in evaluating symptoms, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to the diverse needs of the patient population.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and patient consultations
Diagnose and treat a variety of oral medicine conditions including mucosal diseases, temporomandibular joint disorders, and oral manifestations of systemic diseases
Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests such as biopsies and imaging
Develop personalized management plans and follow-up care strategies
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
Stay current with latest research and best practices in oral medicine
Requirements
Dental degree with recognized specialization in Oral Medicine
Valid license to practice dentistry in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one
Proven clinical experience in oral medicine, preferably within a private healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of diagnostic techniques and treatment modalities in oral medicine
Excellent communication and patient management skills
Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements
