Keydev is on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our Engineering Team. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage requirements: elicit and verify them, as well as support implementation and deployment; Designing object models, states, and transitions in collaboration with developers; Project artifacts creation (Vision & Scope, SRS, Use-Cases, etc.); Review the progress of work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with initial concepts; Participate in iterative development, providing feedback to developers and making changes to requirements as new needs are identified; Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations based on findings; Ensure that implemented features meet business objectives and contribute to measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs); Support stakeholders in understanding technical constraints and proposing alternative solutions when needed. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role; Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements; Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices; Experience in produ
