Title: Esri Technical Lead/ Technical Project Manager
Location: Calgary, AB Hybrid
Mode: Contract

ArcGIS Enterprise upgrade, migration, and system integration architecture
GIS data management and service lifecycle governance
Technical risk management and cross-system dependency tracking
Go-live decision-making, rollback criteria definition, and cutover coordination
Knowledge transfer planning and AMS support team onboarding
UN v4 to v7 sequential upgrade risk management
Oracle 19c ATP and FME Flow 2025.x dependency awareness
Integration coordination across Maximo, Salesforce, CIS, OFS, OAC, and ArcGIS Online
Responsibilities:
Hold final technical authority for all Esri/ArcGIS platform decisions across every project phase, coordinating with GIS management
Own technical risk management for the full environment including UN upgrade sequencing, Oracle ATP migration, script compatibility, and integration reconnection
Govern the reconnection of all six integrated business systems (Maximo, Salesforce, CIS, OFS, OAC, ArcGIS Online) and coordinate with third-party vendors, where applicable
Track and resolve client-side infrastructure dependencies including Azure VM provisioning
