Role: Quality Analyst
Location: Canada Remote
Mode: Contract
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in data testing, data validation / ETL testing.
Perform data quality testing for source-to-target reconciliation
Strong SQL skills for querying and validating large datasets in BigQuery.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (preferably GCP).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for debugging data issues.
Experience in defining data quality testing strategy, best practices, and frameworks
Ability to establish entry/exit criteria and performance testing strategy
Hands-on experience with anomaly detection and root cause analysis
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines
Nice to have Skills:
Experience in healthcare data platforms and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA) will be a Plus
Knowledge of GCP data services (e.g., Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, dataform).
Experience with data observability tools and anomaly detection techniques.
Experience in validating semi structured & unstructured data
