Anna Maria of Aurora is hiring a Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of our skilled nursing facility and campus grounds in Aurora, Ohio. Our community has been family owned and operated for over 60 years and is located on a beautiful wooded campus dedicated to serving our residents and staff.
At Anna Maria of Aurora, our maintenance team plays an important role in creating a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Healthcare, skilled nursing facility, or nursing home maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
Available Positions:
We are currently hiring for two Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Assistant positions.
The full-time position is scheduled 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, five days per week, and includes an every other weekend rotation.
The part-time position has a set schedule with varying hours, and the specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance and repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
Complete preventative maintenance and respond to repair requests
Assist with upkeep of the building, equipment, and grounds including landscaping, sweeping, and snow removal
Monitor maintenance needs throughout the skilled nursing facility
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Follow all Anna Maria of Aurora policies and procedures
Qualifications
Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Assistant Qualifications
Previous maintenance experience required; skilled nursing facility, nursing home, or healthcare experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of general building maintenance and repair
Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety conscious
