We are currently seeking a
detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator
to manage Owner Operator pay processing and support our growing operations.
Scope of Role:
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Owner Operator settlements, ensuring all loads, rates, deductions, and supporting documentation are verified and completed in accordance with company and contractual requirements. This role is critical to maintaining driver satisfaction, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly Owner Operator settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review dispatched loads to confirm rates, miles, accessorial, and fuel charges are correct
Verify all required documentation including PODs, scale tickets, and supporting paperwork
Apply and reconcile deductions (fuel, insurance, advances, permits, etc.)
Investigate and resolve pay discrepancies or missing information in
