We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, drive SDLC processes, and ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, DevOps/SRE, and business stakeholders. This role is focused on building efficient delivery processes, improving team collaboration, managing priorities and risks, and supporting teams in delivering high-quality results. We are looking for someone with strong communication and facilitation skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to lead teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Managing SDLC processes: implementing development processes, facilitating meetings, and removing blockers and obstacles affecting team efficiency. Coordinating the work of DevOps/SRE engineers and cross-functional development and business teams, identifying dependencies, and managing priorities and risks. Team development: conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings, performance evaluations, annual performance reviews, and creating individual development plans.
