What You Will Do
• Provide outstanding customer service with a professional presence.
• Monitor crowds and respond quickly to disturbances or unsafe conditions.
• Support VIPs, performers, and event staff with secure escorts.
• Assist with lost children, medical emergencies, and ejections when required.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports as needed.
• Maintain strong communication via radio and follow supervisor instructions.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two events are the same!
