As the business transitions into a dual-mine producer while completing a major acquisition, this role plays a key part in building the financial reporting foundation to support that growth. This position sits at the center of the corporate finance function, helping translate complex, cross-border operations into clear and accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will contribute directly to consolidation, external reporting, and M&A integration while strengthening coordination between corporate headquarters and field operations. Responsibilities Lead consolidation of corporate and subsidiary financial results Prepare initial drafts of financial statements and MD&A for leadership review Support external reporting and disclosure requirements Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data from operations Provide technical accounting guidance across the organization Support acquisition accounting, including purchase price allocation and integration activities Partner with operations finance teams to ensure proper accounting treat
