Manager, Client Services in Return to Work Services - Victoria
. Our department provides claims-specific support, intervention, consultation, and education to injured workers and employers, throughout the claims journey. You'll provide leadership to a team that provides claims management oversight for most soft tissue injuries, along with return-to-work planning and support on pending claims while an injured worker and employer are awaiting a decision a claim.
In this role you'll manage operations within the department and lead interdisciplinary claims management teams focused on the rehabilitation, recovery, and return to work of injured workers. You'll be responsible for ensuring department and organizational goals are met, fostering continuing quality improvements and innovation, and creating a supportive work environment with open communication and teamwork.
