Role Overview
Reporting to the Lead, People Systems & Analytics, this role is the primary owner of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) at Teck - responsible for both system configuration and practical guidance to Talent Acquisition teams across North America and Latin America.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on RCM configuration experience alongside a demonstrable understanding of full-cycle recruitment, enabling them to act as a credible advisor to recruiters and hiring managers, not just a system administrator.
