We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Commercial Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting franchisee financial performance across the business. What you will be responsible for: Financially Critical Bakery Support Monitor cash flow and financial performance of at-risk franchisee locations Identify financial risks early and support the development of recovery plans Track progress against recovery milestones and maintain accurate reporting records Support repayment plans for outstanding franchisee debts Provide regular financial risk reporting to Finance and Operations leadership Banking Relationships Support relationships with preferred banking and lending partners Assist franchisees in navigating financi
