We are looking for a reliable, professional, and compassionate Overnight Concierge to join our team at a retirement residence in Surrey, BC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently overnight while helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
ResponsibilitiesSecurity & Resident Support
Conduct overnight security rounds throughout the building
Monitor security cameras and report unusual activity
Ensure all entrance and exit doors are secure
Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and emergencies
Answer phones and provide overnight assistance to residents
Maintain a calm, quiet, and secure environment
Cleaning & Building Maintenance
Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and common areas
Sweep and sanitize hallways, lobby, gym, elevators, and common spaces
Clean elevators and entrance/exit tracks
Restock common area bathrooms
Remove garbage and recycling from designated areas
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the residence
Morning Preparation
Prepare common areas for the day
