Factory Corporate Security Manager, Almaty Factory
The role is responsible for developing and implementing security strategy, oversight and support across all factory operations and projects, ensuring a risk-based and cost-effective security program that protects people, assets and business continuity. The position covers risk management, crisis response, personnel and physical security, security audits and investigations, while maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, law enforcement and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead factory security risk management by developing and maintaining security processes, policies and the Factory Security Risk Register to mitigate risks and protect business operations.
Act as a member of the local Crisis Management Team, providing operational security support during incidents and delivering crisis/incident management training.
