Job responsibilities: Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments. Act as the senior manager on duty, serving as the primary decision-maker in the absence of executive leadership. Ensure exceptional guest experience in alignment with 5-star service standards. Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest complaints with professionalism and discretion. Supervise front desk, night audit, security, and overnight operational teams. Review daily financial reports, night audit processes, and ensure accuracy of postings and system balances. Conduct night property walks to ensure cleanliness, maintenance standards, and operational readiness. Coordinate emergency procedures and act as crisis leader when required. Prepare handover reports for executive management. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office operations within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment. Previous managerial experience required. Strong knowledge of hotel Opera PMS. Solid understanding of night audit procedures and financial reconciliation.
