Description
A Replenishment Associate works with a centralized team to serve a group of stores. They are responsible for placing purchase orders for products and ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Planning store demand forecasting
Planning DC demand forecasting
Planning PT treating facility demand forecasting
Monitor and manage discrepancy and reconciliation between treating facility and DC
transportation planning with DC
Dashboard reporting on PT program
PT push to stores
White wood receiving and management
Qualifications
Strong store operations and product knowledge experience would be an asset
Understanding of manufacturing process
PowerBI programing experience
Demand forecasting
Strong computer skills (especially Excel)
Great attention to detail and demonstrates to be a self-starter
Driven to achieve results
Demonstrate systematic thinking
Demonstrate positive energy & ability to be well organized
Creativity and innovation
Demonstrate effective communicator
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Previous experience in retail or purchasing would be an asset
