Agricorp is looking for
Client Services Specialist
to join our IT Planning & Risk Management department in the Information Technology Services division. The
Client Services Specialist
is responsible for facilitating integration and alignment between the ITS division and its clients in the Agricorp divisions, by understanding, interpreting and supporting ITS work activities s to achieve Agricorp’s tactical and operational goals and objectives.

The Role
In this role, you will:
Act as the primary liaison between ITS and business users for system changes and requests, including service requests, enhancements, issue resolution, and effort estimation.
Build strong stakeholder relationships through knowledge of Agricorp programs
