We are hiring for a Full-Time Grocery Department Manager with a wage range of $50,000 - $60,000 at our location in Valleyview, AB. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Lead Grocery Team in merchandising produce items for weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts Schedule Grocery Department Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team Train, develop, and motivate Grocery Department Team Members Resolve customer and department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience Maintain a clean and sanitized work area Champion the Freson Bros. brand and culture by modeling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth Providing an exceptional customer experience What you Bring: 3 years minimum of progressive grocery department or retail management experience A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail or grocery environment Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-p
