2026 SUMMER LEARNING PROGRAM FORKINDERGARTEN TO GRADE 2June 30 to July 22, 20268:00 am to 1:00 pm
The Summer Learning Program is an educational half-day program held during the month of July. The program is offered to RCDSB students who require support in literacy and numeracy.
Qualifications
A minimum two year community college diploma in the social services field (e.g. DSW, CYW, SSW), or an equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable to the RCDSB.
Proven ability to thrive and work in a team environment.
Candidates Will
Support students in the development of literacy and numeracy skills.
Provide support to students and educational staff within the program.
Communicate with and engage parents in the learning process.
Hours/Rate Of Pay
Approximately 100 hours.
$23.49/hour.
Hiring will follow the requirements outlined in RCDSB Administrative Procedures. Program employment is conditional on Summer Learning Site enrolment, confirmed after the first day of the program.
