An exciting permanent part-time (0.80 FTE) opportunity is now available for a Rural Adult Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) Worker. This position works with the MHSU youth outreach program and it is based out of The Foundry in Williams Lake, B.C.

We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and collaborative professional who is passionate about supporting youth and vulnerable populations experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills, along with the ability to build trusting relationships with individuals, families, and community partners. The MHSU Worker thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and demonstrate sound judgment, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism when working with clients experiencing complex mental health concerns, substance dependence, concurrent disorders, trauma, and acute crises.
