What & Why:
This role is focused on a single, high-priority initiative: the end-to-end technology delivery for a large-scale downtown Vancouver office buildout. The scope spans network and low-voltage infrastructure, AV and collaboration technology, desk technology, security systems, and asset management, from design phase through to occupancy and operational handoff. The role requires sustained on-site presence to monitor progress and resolve issues in real time, and carries significant vendor management responsibility including SOW development, RFI processes, and contract negotiations in partnership with Procurement. Budget ownership is material, with the qualifications referencing programs exceeding $20M, and the role interfaces directly with senior leadership through formal governance forums.
