Provides expert advice and counsel related to enterprise skills enablement, governance, and design through a variety of business/group and leadership engagements to support enterprise talent and workforce strategies. Supports and defines the governance strategy and enterprise design standards required to safely and effectively scale skills-based practices across the organization. Completes specific operational and strategic work to deliver business results and minimize enterprise risk.
Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor. Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy, priorities, and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group, enterprise HR ecosystem, and operating environment. Acts as a subject matter expert on enterprise skills practices, governance models, data usage considerations, and relevant policies and standards.
