Civeo Premium Services Employees LP
is currently seeking a
Journeyperson Carpenter
to join our team. Reporting to the designated supervisor, this role is responsible for executing construction tasks in accordance with drawings, including layout preparation, material handling, and assembly following best practices and specifications.
This is a full time position, operating on a
3-weeks-on / 1-week-off rotation
.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
Construction/installation and maintenance of beams, floors, walls, roofs, exterior and interior finishing.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Foster a culture of safety by promoting safe work practices
Supervise apprentices and other construction workers if required
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
A valid Journeyman Certificate
At least 3-5 years' experience as a carpenter preferably in residential, commercial, light industrial construction and renovation industries with a preference given to Camp/Mobile Accommodations experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with certificates in Fall Protection (OSSA), Confined S
