Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our team. This is an entry-level job. You will help customers by answering questions and solving simple issues. Training will be provided, so no experience is needed.
Primary Duties
Answer customer questions by chat, email, or phone
Help customers with basic issues and requests
Provide clear and simple information
Keep records of customer interactions
