Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level job. You will help customers solve technical issues and answer questions. Training will be provided.
Primary Duties
Assist customers with technical problems via chat, email, or phone
Provide clear and simple instructions to solve issues
Keep records of customer interactions
Follow company guidelines when troubleshooting
Escalate complex issues to senior team members
Collaborate with the team to improve support
Experience
High school diploma or equal
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
Good communication skills
Basic technical aptitude or interest
Ability to stay organized and manage time
Ability to work alone
Stable internet connection
