Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Retention Agent to join our team. This is an entry-level role you can do from home. You will help customers with concerns, answer questions, and assist in keeping them satisfied with our services. Full training will be provided — no prior experience is needed.
Primary Duties
Communicate with customers via email, chat, or phone to address concerns
Help resolve issues and answer questions about services
Maintain customer records and follow company guidelines
Work to retain customers and improve satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
Complete tasks accurately and on time
Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail and accura
