Overview
Tenstorrent is looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team. This is a work-from-home position where you will support customers by answering questions, solving basic issues, and ensuring a positive service experience.
This role is suitable for beginners. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
What You Will Do
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for helping customers in a professional and friendly manner. Your daily tasks will include:

Troubleshooting basic issues using provided guidelines
Logging and updating customer interaction records
Following step-by-step support procedures
