Tenstorrent is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our growing customer base. In this role, you will help customers by answering questions, providing support, and ensuring a smooth experience.
This is a fully work-from-home position, and no previous experience is required. We provide full training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
Provide clear and accurate information about services and products
Assist customers with basic issues and requests

Requirements
