Lead and develop Retail, E‑commerce, and Brand Shop sales channels, ensuring differentiated go‑to‑market strategies and healthy channel balance.
Oversee pricing, promotions, and commercial terms to prevent channel conflict and margin erosion.
Lead and manage regional and country sales teams, driving a performance‑oriented culture with clear KPIs.
