Toronto East boundaries:
West - Victoria Park Avenue
North - Steeles Avenue
East - Morningside Avenue
South - Gardiner Exwy/Kingston Rd
WHAT WE OFFER:
$21.356 - $23.336 per hour plus $3/hr wage premium for eligible hours worked| Paid 30 minutes travel allowance | $0.40/hour in lieu of benefits (Group Benefits if full-time)

You will be part of a team that will be provide supports to a specific group of clients. When out in the community you will work independently in clients’ homes. You will establish and maintain your relationships with clients. You will provide personal support services for clients in their homes to assist with activities of daily living. (
