Were currently looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator Grader to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our projects and requires precision, awareness, and a strong commitment to safety.
What Youll Be Doing
Operate graders and other heavy equipment safely and accurately to meet project specifications
Work collaboratively within a team environment to operate equipment including Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, Graders, and Haul Trucks
Maintain constant awareness in busy, fast-paced work environments and identify potential hazards before they become problems
Interpret verbal and non-verbal communication, including hand signals, from operators, ground personnel, and labourers
Conduct daily equipment inspections, complete logbooks, and perform minor maintenance, adjustments, lubricat
